5.1 General Bonus Terms. dynasty888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. 10.3 Cap on Liability. dynasty888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dynasty888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. dynasty888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 Suspension by dynasty888. dynasty888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where dynasty888 reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dynasty888 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures.

13.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory body or court, players are required to first submit a formal complaint to dynasty888 customer support and allow dynasty888 a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days to investigate and respond.
13.4 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
